Cancellations
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Cancellations received in writing (by email) before 26 February 2021 will be subject to a prompt refund less an administration charge of €200. We regret that no refunds can be made or invoices canceled after this time and the full registration fee will be payable.
Payments
Payments can be executed online via PayPal or Credit Card or via bank transfer against an invoice. The conference pass is only valid if the payment has been executed prior to the conference.
Changes to conference program
In the event of unforeseen circumstances the organizer reserves the right to change the timings or content of the program or to change the identity of the speakers.
